Many years of experience and ongoing engagement with artists and practitioners, together with our genuine commitment to artists and the provision of excellent art materials, enable us to offer expert information and advice on all technical matters.
Not only do our customers benefit from asking us for advice on problems, but we also benefit from their questions, constantly expanding our knowledge and our confidence in this diverse and fascinating field.
Our main objective is to assist customers and provide them with the right painting materials and techniques. We are therefore always pleased to be asked technical questions.
Our recommendations are based on our current knowledge and experience.
As the exact conditions and methods of application of our products are beyond our knowledge, our information does not exempt the artist from carrying out their own experiments and trials.
The particular application and use of our products, over which we have no influence, will present new aspects and conditions influencing the success of the work.
Although some basic principles should be observed when working with primers, paints and painting aids, painting remains a personal activity. It cannot and should not be executed according to rigid rules, but instead should remain a free and individual pursuit.
